To place a domestic order

  • Orders may be paid with Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or personal check.
  • Credit cards payments made directly on this site are processed through Authorize.net and are handled securely and safely. Please shop Jubilee Creative Studio with confidence.
  • Credit cards can also be accepted directly by phone. 479-549-5828  Please do not email credit card information.
  • Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart based on weight and destination.

 

To place an international order

  • Jubilee Homespun will ship to Canada, UK, and many other international destinations. 
  • Checks or money orders are NOT accepted for international orders.
  • International orders are shipped either USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail international. There is no tracking available for these types of shipments. Jubilee Fabric is not responsible for the packages once they have been placed with the postal service and we have obtained receipts of mailing.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs or taxes that may be due in their own countries.
  • Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart based on weight and destination.

To place a fabric order

  • Fabrics, fat quarters & charm packs may be ordered online from the shopping pages or you may call to place a phone order. Paypal, Mastercard, Visa & Discover may be used for online cart purchases or you may call with a phone order.  479-549-5828

 

Shipping info

  • To calculate shipping to your location:  Add the items you want to the cart.  There is a link in the lower left of the cart page that will calculate your exact shipping before proceeding to checkout.
  • All orders shipped via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail.
  • Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart based on total weight and destination.
  • All in stock orders shipped within 2-3 business days or less unless you have been notified otherwise.
  • International shipping is available to Canada, UK and many other areas. International shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart based on weight and destination. 
  • 9% sales tax is charged to Arkansas residents.

Returns policy

  • Returns are allowed for any reason within 5 business days after receipt of goods.
  • Items must be received by us in the original condition in which they were shipped.
  • Customer pays all shipping charges incurred. This includes both the initial shipping charges and the return shipping charges.
  • No cash refunds will be made except for the case of defective merchandise.
  • Adjustments will be made in the form of merchandise credit.
  • Please contact us for instructions before returning a product.
  • We are usually able to work out an agreeable solution should there be a problem with any purchase.
